Creating Graphs

To convert the contents of an active dive window to a graph:

  1. Do one of the following:

    • On the ProDiver menu bar, select Display > Graphs, select a graph type, and then proceed to step 4.

      NOTE: The types listed are the most commonly-used graph type. For a complete list of graph types, select Other Graphs at the bottom of this list.

    • On the toolbar, click the Graph iconGraph icon..
    • On the toolbar, open the Graphs context menu, select a graph type, and then proceed to step 4.

      NOTE: The context menu lists the most commonly-used graph types only. For a complete list of graph types click the Graphs icon .

  2. The Select Graph Type Closeddialog box opens. This is the first step in a graph creation wizard.

    TIP: Click a graph type to see a description in the Description box.

  3. Double-click the graph type that you want to create.

    The Set Data Attributes dialog box opens. The data attribute options vary, depending on the selected graph type. This Closedexample shows data attributes for a CrossPlot graph.

  4. Set the data attributes and graph options as you like, and then click Finish.

    ProDiver creates and displays the graph in the dive window.
