Portal Dump File

The portal dump file is a zipped collection of portal log files. It is generated from ADMIN > Logs. It contains the following files of log entries for a period of up to one year:

• diveport-access.txt—Contains access information.
• diveport-elements.txt—Contains session information.
• diveport-event-log.txt—Contains a consolidation of daily events.
• diveport-usage-log.txt—Contains a consolidation of daily usage.
• diveport-user-access.txt—Contains a list of users and the most recent timestamp when they accessed DivePort.

Administrators can download the portal dump file to view or save its contents. Log files can be part of a process to generate statistics about a portal.

NOTE: The portal dump file contains log entries for a period of up to one year. Files that are older than one year can be accessed from the DI\Solution\webdata\<diveport>\logs folder.
