Adding a File Collection to a Document Library

You can add a collection of files to a document library to allow DivePort users access to those files.

  8. On the toolbar, click Save to save the portlet and lock the page.

TIP: To change the width of a column on the locked page, place the pointer on the Closedline that separates the column headings, and when the cursor changes to a double-headed arrow, use a click-and-drag operation to adjust the column width.

    Resize column cursor.

  9. Click a Download arrow to verify that you can download a document.
  10. Click Add Document to verify that you can add a document to the library.
