Using a Subsets Area
When subsets are configured for the DiveTab client, the menu includes a button to access any saved subsets.
NOTE: If a subset area is specified in the code, the Subsets button is always visible. If an area is not specified in the code, the Subsets button only appears when a subset is added.
Here is an example of a Subsets button.

Navigate to a child free-form data page. This means that the page is filtered by a dimension value.
For example, this subset is created after reaching a free-form data page after two dives.
Here is the first page, with the link for the first dive indicated.
Here is the resulting page, with the link for the second dive indicated.
Here is the page used to create the subset.
NOTE: The child free-form central page is filtered by the Brand dimension CAPSTAR.

Click the Options icon.
The Options menu opens.
NOTE: Subsets can only be created for data pages that have subsets enabled. This is done by the developer.

Click Add Subset from the menu.
A message confirming the successful creation of the subset appears.

From the main menu, click the Subsets button.
NOTE: The icon for the Subsets button might differ.
All created subsets are displayed in a sub-menu.

Click the subset you want to access. For this example, the subset is CAPSTAR.
The initial data page opens with subset applied.
Notice that the Brand QuickView shows one value. This refers to Brand dimension value CAPSTAR.
NOTE: Subsets are only available to the user who created them.
- Navigate to the Subsets menu.

Click the right tab on the edge of the subset button.
The context menu opens.

Click Delete Subset.
The subset and Subset button are deleted.
- Return to the main menu. If there are no subsets remaining, the Subsets button no longer appears on the main menu.
