Additional Features: Bookmark, Export, Email, Print
The DiveTab client includes some additional features accessible from the Options and Output buttons on the title bar.

The Options Button
All data pages, tabular and free form, can be bookmarked for later reference.
- Bookmark page—Creates a bookmark for the current page view; saves the path to give direct access to frequently viewed queries; available for all data pages.
Notes on Bookmarks:

When used, a Bookmarked Pages button is automatically added to the menu. It is always the right-most tile.

To share bookmarks with other users, click the Publish button that appears after a bookmark is created and then select users to share the bookmark with.
You can also share the bookmark on the Bookmarked Pages button. Click the value under the Publish column to share the bookmark with other users.
The Bookmarked Pages includes the bookmark page title, description, page type, date of creation, and author.
NOTE: DiveTab must Sync after publishing for bookmarks to be shared with other users.
- Bookmarks save the dive path and parameters in use.
- Bookmarks use the most recently synced data set.
The Output Button
All data, document, and presentation pages have the option of sharing through Export, Email, and Print.

Export creates and opens a pdf file of the page that can be saved and distributed.
Here is an example of an exported page.
- Email opens the default email service, creates a new message, and attaches the page as a pdf file.
- Print opens the print dialog for you to select a printer and set print configurations.
NOTE: When exporting a page, the applied QuickViews and the dive path, if present, are displayed in gray and blue box respectively, at the top of the screen.
Tabular data pages have additional options:

Export as a Spreadsheet creates and opens an xlsx file that can be saved and distributed.

- Email as a Spreadsheet opens the default email service, creates a new message, and attaches the page as an xlsx file.

For DiveTab on the PC, Open in ProDiver opens the cPlan for the page you are viewing using ProDiver. This is available for cross, dive, report, and ad hoc pages.
IMPORTANT: ProDiver must be installed.
TIP: When sharing a tabular data page with many columns, choose a spreadsheet format so that columns align correctly.
The exported file is named after the page. If there is an existing file of the same name, a counter is appended to the file name.
