Before you can use the Measure Factory Editor, certain components must be specified in the factory configuration file using the text editor.
The following components are required and must be specified using the text editor:

The following optional components must be specified using the text editor:

Time ranges
NOTE: Some of these components are set automatically when you install Measure Factory applications. See Available Measure Factory Applications.
After the required components are specified, you can use the Measure Factory Editor to create or edit data sets, rules, and measures.
