Adding a Lookup Manager Portlet

  1. In DivePort, browse to the page where you want to add the portlet.
  2. On the DivePort toolbar, click Edit to unlock the page and enable edit mode.

    The Edit menu item is replaced with edit tools, including a page context menu chevron.

  3. On the toolbar, click the chevron.
  4. On the page context menu, click Add a Portlet.
  1. On the Add Portlet page, double-click Lookup Manager Portlet.

  2. Specify a Lookup File or select Change to browse to a lookup file.

    The Columns in Lookup File box is filled in.

  3. Optionally, next to the File for Validation box, click Change, and browse to a file that you want to use for validation. This file must contain a dimension with a name that matches the first column of the lookup file.
  4. Optionally, add filter rules.
  5. Click OK.
