Row-scoped click actions link two portlets together and when data is updated in one, the second portlet updates its data as well.
A link field allows tabular column data to be shared between the linked measure or marker portlets.
This option is unavailable by default. It must be enabled in the portal-infos section of the portaldb.json file with the command:
”enable-link-fields”: ”true”
When this attribute is set, the following row-scoped click action Edit Click Action dialog boxes display a Link Fields option:
- CrossLink
- Multi-Select CrossLink
- Pop-up CrossLink
- DownLink
- DownLink and Maximize
- Portal Page
